At DeerValley, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day return window for all unused home fixtures in their original packaging. We strive to make the return process for your kitchen and bathroom upgrades as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective foam and hardware to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
